ระบบสับเปลี่ยนแคร่รถไฟ

          ระบบเปลี่ยนแคร่รถไฟถูกออกแบบมาสำหรับการซ่อมบำรุงรถไฟ และการเปลี่ยนแคร่รถไฟ อุปกรณ์สามารถรองรับน้ำหนักของรถไฟ ก่อนที่จะเริ่มขั้นตอนการถอดแคร่รถไฟ และอุปกรณ์จะทำการนำแคร่รถไฟลงมาจากตัวรถ และนำแคร่รถไฟออกจากพื้นที่ทำงาน เพื่อทำการเปลี่ยนแคร่ใหม่ และนำกลับไปติดตั้งที่ตัวรถไฟเช่นเดิม โดยมีระบบความปลอดภัย เพื่อให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน สามารถปฎิบัติงานได้อย่างปลอดภัย รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ยังสามารถแสดงสถานะสัญญาณไฟแดง หรือไฟเขียว เพื่อให้รถไฟด้านนอกอาคารทราบได้ว่า สามารถหรืออนุญาติให้เข้าอาคารหรือไม่ โดยฟังค์ชั่นในการทำงานช่วยให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานสามารถปฏิบัติงานเปลี่ยนแคร่ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และเพิ่มประสิทธิผลของความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน

Bogie Exchange System

          The Bogie Exchange System is designed for the purpose of exchanging bogies and for maintenance work on train set. The equipment is designed to carry the load of the train before the bogie uninstallation process to be started and the equipment will perform the drop of the bogie and bring the bogie out of the working area for the bogie exchanging before installing the new bogie back to its position. With the safety features, this enhance the operator to work safely and able to give the red or green light signal notification to the train outside the depot whether the train is allowed to enter the depot or not. While the operating functions allow the operator to achieve the lowest time-consuming for the bogie exchange process and enhance the work capability efficiency.
