Automatic Bogie Wash

          The Automatic Bogie Wash is designed to support the customers’ requirements where number of bogies to be washed is high. The Automatic Bogie Wash consists of a cabin made of stainless steel in which washing is carried out by mobile arc fitted with high pressure nozzles and rotating heads. Due to high degree of incrustation of the bogies, in addition to the application of detergent and high pressure water, it is necessary that the water is hot. For this we include storage tank and water heating. We also include a system for recycling water and recovering the steam generated during washing. The control system allows customers to configure different washing programs, each with a different duration. It includes a touch screen for simple and intuitive use.
